In the case of events on weekends or public holidays cancellation is only possible until 10.00am on the immediately preceding weekday. After that, unregistered or no-show participants will be invoiced at full price.<\/p>\n<p>Cancellation must always be made in writing, including reduction, shortening, relocation and similar significant changes in relation to the order confirmation.<\/p>\n<p>The cancellation fee is waived when the capacity is sold to another
