Opening hours
The reception is open during the following times:
- Monday to Friday at 07.00am – 09.00pm
- Saturday at 08.00am – 06.00pm
- Sunday and Bank Holidays at 08.00am – 03.00pm
Please contact us if you arrive outside our opening hours – you will then be provided with a door code.
If you are to leave prior to the reception opening, please make an agreement with the reception regarding the settlement.
Breakfast
Breakfast is served Monday to Friday from 06.30am – 09.00am and Saturday, Sunday and public holidays from 08.00am – 10.00am in Restaurant Ballast
In case of early departure, before breakfast opens, other arrangements can be made with the reception.
Parking
The hotel has several outdoor parking areas that can be used free of charge.
The parking areas are distributed at the hotel’s reception/conference centre, apartment building area A, apartment building area B and at each apartment building area D.

Charging an electric car
The hotel offers electric car charging. The hotel has two chargers for electric cars. 1 piece. for Tesla cars that can charge with max 13 Amp. and 1 pc. for other car models with type 2 plug, which can charge with max 25 Amp. Both chargers have a fixed charging cable. Both chargers are located at the apartments in area A. See the overview map above.
Charging can only be switched on/started during the reception’s opening hours, as this is done manually by the hotel staff.
The chargers cannot be reserved. The chargers are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Price: DKK 6.50 per kWh which is charged at the reception upon completion of charging.
