The hotel was built in 2006, and in the following few years, was extended in several periods until 2008.

The hotel has 53 units, which have been tastefully decorated by Monika Ritterband, who is a Danish artist, former TV host and journalist.

The hotel’s units consist of 18 double rooms, 2 single rooms, 33 apartments/suites and 8 Sjægthuse.

All rooms and apartments/suites have access to a corridor with tables and chairs or a private terrace/balcony where you can enjoy the beautiful nature and the view.

8 of the rooms are located on a corridor and have a view/partial view of Skive Fjord. The other 12 rooms face the beautiful Krabbesholm Forest.

The hotel also has 6 conference/party rooms with the possibility of up to 200 people attending for dining and 250 people in rows of chairs for conferences.

The conference/party rooms have had a complete renovation in 2023.
