A hotel stay also means a good dinner – and there is room for that here at Hotel Strandtangen.

In extension of the hotel, Mads D. Nielsen runs Restaurant Ballast, which is an independent business in the building.

Restaurant Ballast is located on the marina and is inspired by the new Nordic cuisine with French tones, where local and seasonal ingredients are highly valued – the menu will therefore vary according to which ingredients are in season.
