In case of cancellation less than 60 days before the planned start date, Hotel Strandtangen will charge a cancellation fee (compensation) corresponding to 40% of the confirmed price.

If the cancellation is made less than 1 month before the planned start date, the hotel will charge a cancellation fee corresponding to 75% of the confirmed price.

However, cancellations of up to 10% of the number of participants stated in the order confirmation can be made free of charge up to 24 hours before the start time of the event. In the case of events on weekends or public holidays cancellation is only possible until 10.00am on the immediately preceding weekday. After that, unregistered or no-show participants will be invoiced at full price.

Cancellation must always be made in writing, including reduction, shortening, relocation and similar significant changes in relation to the order confirmation.

The cancellation fee is waived when the capacity is sold to another party.
