A reservation for individual guests can be canceled free of charge until 6pm the day before arrival.

In case of later cancellation, the hotel is entitled to a compensation equal to the price of the ordered services corresponding to the first day.

Stays with 15 or more people must be canceled 30 days before arrival. Up to 21 days before arrival, 50% of the stay’s price will be charged. Cancellation up to 14 days before arrival, 75% of the stay’s price will be charged.

Later than 14 days before arrival, a cancellation fee of 75% is calculated.

Cancellations on the day of arrival are calculated at 100%.
