Mansions (Sjægthuse)
On the outermost bridge of the marina, there are 8 detached Sjægthuse (boat house). ). Sjægthusene are tastefully decorated by Monika Ritterband, who is a Danish artist, as well as a former TV-host and journalist.
Sjægthusene are extremely charming with sloping walls and approx. 50 m² with separate bedroom, bathroom, mezzanine and open kitchen with fridge and integrated freezer, oven, dishwasher and hob, as well as service for 4-6 people. The living room is furnished with a sofa with chaise longue, armchair with pouf, dining table with chairs, 40″ Philips LED TV, radio and wireless internet. Finally, a spacious bathroom with a shower. There is an iron and ironing board in all the houses.
Get really close to Limfjorden (inlet)
All 8 Sjægthuse have access to their own terrace with garden furniture. All terraces are right outside at the edge of the marina. It is possible to have a boat lying by the houses.
A Sjægthus is named after an old fishing boat, called sjægt. A Sjægt was used for decades by the fishermen of Limfjorden.
